Ordering & MOQ

Minimum quantities, mixed orders, and how to get started

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. This applies to most product lines including prayer mats, tasbih, and wall art.

For certain premium or custom items, the MOQ may be higher — typically 50 pcs. This will be stated clearly in the product specification sheet.

If you’re placing your first order, get in touch via WhatsApp and we’ll advise the best starting quantities for your market.

Can I mix different products to meet the MOQ? +

Yes, in most cases. We offer mixed-SKU ordering within the same product category. For example, you can order 25 pcs of one prayer mat design and 25 pcs of another to reach the 50 pcs minimum.

Cross-category mixing (e.g. combining prayer mats and tasbih) may be possible for larger orders. Please enquire and we’ll confirm what’s available.

How do I place an order? +

Our ordering process is straightforward:

  • Step 1 – Enquire: Contact us via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your product interests and quantities.
  • Step 2 – Receive PI: We send you a Proforma Invoice with final pricing, delivery timeline, and payment details.
  • Step 3 – Confirm & Pay Deposit: Sign the PI and pay a 30% deposit to confirm your order.
  • Step 4 – Production / Picking: We prepare your goods and send photos for approval before shipment.
  • Step 5 – Balance & Ship: Pay the remaining 70% and we dispatch with full tracking.
Do you have a product catalogue I can browse? +

Yes. We have a full PDF product catalogue covering all categories — prayer essentials, Islamic art, menswear, and womenswear.

You can request the catalogue via our enquiry form or WhatsApp. We’ll send it directly to your email, usually within a few hours.

The catalogue is updated regularly as new products are added. Ask for the latest version each season.

How long does production take after I confirm my order? +

Lead times vary depending on whether items are in stock or made to order:

  • In-stock items: Ready to ship within 3–5 business days
  • Standard production: 10–15 business days
  • Custom / OEM orders: 20–30 business days depending on complexity

We always confirm the exact lead time on your Proforma Invoice before you commit.

Can I reorder the same products again easily? +

Absolutely. We keep records of all past orders for every wholesale partner. Simply message us with your previous order reference and the quantities you need — we’ll raise a new PI quickly.

Repeat orders on in-stock items can often ship within a week of payment confirmation.

Products

Quality, materials, certifications, and cultural authenticity

Are your products culturally and Islamically appropriate? +

Yes. Cultural and religious accuracy is our most important quality standard. Every product is reviewed before it enters our catalogue:

  • All Arabic text and Quranic verses are verified by native Arabic speakers
  • Imagery and designs are checked against Islamic guidelines
  • We do not carry products with animate imagery used in a religious context

If you ever spot an issue with any of our products, please let us know immediately. We take these concerns very seriously.

What materials are your prayer mats made from? +

We offer prayer mats in a range of materials to suit different price points and markets:

  • 100% Cotton / Cotton-Linen blend — our most popular line, low / 0% import duty in most markets, natural and breathable
  • Velvet with foam padding — softer feel, popular in Gulf markets
  • Bamboo-cotton blend — premium tier, moisture-wicking and eco-friendly

Material composition is clearly stated on every product specification sheet. We do not misrepresent materials.

Do your products come with any certifications? +

Certification availability varies by product:

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — available on selected cotton prayer mat lines (free from harmful substances)
  • REACH compliance — available on request for EU/UK markets
  • CE / Local Conformity — not required for most of our product categories (textiles, craft items)

Please let us know which certifications your market requires and we will confirm availability before you order.

What sizes do your prayer mats come in? +

Our standard prayer mat sizes are:

  • 60 × 110 cm — standard adult size, most popular for international markets
  • 70 × 120 cm — large size, preferred in some Middle Eastern markets
  • 45 × 75 cm — travel/compact size

Custom dimensions are available on OEM orders with a minimum quantity. Please enquire for details.

Do you add new products regularly? +

Yes. We actively expand our product range each season, with particular focus on Ramadan and Eid gift season (typically launching new collections 3–4 months before Ramadan).

Wholesale partners on our mailing list receive advance previews of new collections before they go on general release. Sign up via our enquiry form to be included.

Samples

How to request samples, costs, and timelines

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order? +

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Samples allow you to verify material quality, print accuracy, sizing, and packaging before committing to a full order.

Most buyers request 2–5 samples covering their shortlisted products. We recommend sampling any item you plan to sell in volume.

How much do samples cost? +

Sample pricing works as follows:

  • Sample unit cost: 2–3x the wholesale unit price (to cover single-unit handling)
  • International shipping: Buyer’s responsibility — typically shipped via DHL or FedEx
  • Credit on first order: The sample cost is fully credited against your first bulk order over the MOQ

Sample fees exist to filter serious buyers. If you proceed with a bulk order, you pay nothing extra for the samples.

How long does it take to receive samples? +

Sample preparation takes 2–3 business days for in-stock items. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen courier:

  • UK: 3–5 days via DHL Express
  • UAE: 3–5 days via DHL or Aramex
  • Malaysia / Singapore: 3–5 days via DHL or SF Express
  • Australia: 4–7 days via DHL Express
What if I am not satisfied with the sample? +

Please provide specific feedback — photos, measurements, or written comments — and we will work with our factory to address each point. A revised sample can usually be sent within 5–7 business days.

We want you to be completely confident in the product before you invest in a bulk order. There is no limit on sample revision rounds, though we appreciate clear and consolidated feedback each time.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight options, timelines, and customs

What shipping methods do you offer? +

We offer three main shipping options to suit different budgets and urgency levels:

  • Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 days door-to-door. Best for urgent orders or smaller quantities.
  • Air Freight: 7–14 days. More economical than courier for larger shipments (50–300 kg).
  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): 25–35 days. Most cost-effective for large bulk orders.

We will recommend the most suitable method based on your order size, destination, and timeline.

Which countries do you ship to? +

We currently ship to 30+ countries. Our most active markets include:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom & Europe
  • 🇦🇪 UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia & Singapore
  • 🇮🇩 Indonesia
  • 🇦🇺 Australia
  • 🇫🇷 France, Germany, Netherlands (European Muslim communities)

If your country is not listed, please enquire — we can usually arrange shipment to most destinations.

Who is responsible for import duties and customs? +

All shipments are sent on EXW or FOB terms by default. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

However, we can assist with:

  • Providing correct HS codes for all products (to calculate duty rates in advance)
  • Preparing accurate commercial invoices and packing lists
  • Recommending freight forwarders familiar with Islamic goods categories

Good news: key items including cotton prayer mats, tasbih, and canvas art carry 0% or low import duty in most major markets — great news for your landed cost.

Do you provide tracking information? +

Yes. Once your shipment is dispatched, we provide a full tracking number and carrier details via WhatsApp and email. For express courier shipments, tracking is real-time door-to-door.

For sea freight shipments, we provide the Bill of Lading and vessel tracking updates at key milestones (departure, estimated arrival, customs clearance).

What happens if goods arrive damaged? +

Please inspect your goods upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos. We take packaging quality seriously and our fragile products are specially packed.

For confirmed damage caused by packaging failure on our side, we will either replace the damaged units in your next order or issue a credit note. Damage claims resulting from courier mishandling must be filed with the carrier, and we will support you with documentation.

💳

Payment

Accepted methods, terms, and currency

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders:

  • T/T Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) — most common for wholesale orders
  • PayPal — available for smaller orders (note: PayPal fees apply)
  • Western Union / Wise — available on request

Full banking details are provided on the Proforma Invoice.

What are your payment terms? +

Our standard payment terms are:

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation (PI signed)
  • 70% balance before shipment, after pre-shipment photos approved

For established long-term partners, we may discuss adjusted terms on a case-by-case basis.

Which currencies do you invoice in? +

We invoice in USD (US Dollars) as standard, which is the most widely accepted currency in international trade.

We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR or AED — please specify your preferred currency. Exchange rates are fixed at the time the PI is issued.

Is it safe to make bank transfers to China? +

Yes, T/T bank transfer to China is the standard method used by importers worldwide. A few tips to ensure security:

  • Always verify our bank details directly from the official PI — never from a forwarded or edited document
  • Our company name and bank details will be consistent across all documents
  • We recommend starting with a smaller trial order to build confidence before scaling up

We welcome new buyers to start with a sample order or small trial batch. Trust is built over time, and we are committed to earning it.

OEM & Custom Branding

Private label, custom designs, and branded packaging

Can I add my own brand / logo to your products? +

Yes. We offer OEM (private label) services on most product lines. Options include:

  • Embroidered logo on prayer mats and garments
  • Printed labels inside clothing and accessories
  • Custom hangtags and packaging with your brand design
  • Custom gift boxes with your logo and colour scheme

Minimum order quantities for OEM are generally higher — please enquire for specifics per product line.

Can I request a completely custom product design? +

Yes, for larger order volumes. We can work with your design files to produce:

  • Custom prayer mat patterns and colour combinations
  • Exclusive calligraphy artwork not in our standard range
  • Custom tasbih bead colours, materials, and tassel designs
  • Bespoke gift set curation and packaging

Please share your design brief and target price point, and we’ll advise on feasibility and lead times.

How do I send you my artwork or logo files? +

Please send artwork files in the following formats for best results:

  • Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG (preferred — scalable without quality loss)
  • High-resolution raster: PNG or PDF at minimum 300 DPI

Send files to our email or via WhatsApp. We will review and confirm suitability within 24–48 hours. If your files need adjustments, our design team can assist at a small fee.

Will you share my custom designs with other buyers? +

No. Any design you commission exclusively for your brand remains yours. We do not share, sell, or reuse exclusive client designs with other buyers.

For particularly sensitive designs, we can include a non-disclosure clause in the purchase agreement. Please request this when you enquire.

📋

Compliance & Documentation

Certificates, HS codes, and import requirements

What documents do you provide with each shipment? +

Every shipment includes the following standard documents:

  • Commercial Invoice — itemised list with HS codes, unit prices and total value
  • Packing List — carton count, weights, and dimensions
  • Certificate of Origin — confirming goods are manufactured in China
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill — freight document for customs clearance

Additional documents (e.g. OEKO-TEX certificate, test reports) can be provided on request where available.

What HS codes do your products use? +

Common HS codes for our product categories:

  • Cotton prayer mats: 5701.10 / 5702.10 (0% UK duty)
  • Tasbih / prayer beads: 9602.00 (0% UK duty)
  • Canvas wall art: 4911.99 (0% UK duty)
  • Woven velvet prayer mats: 5702.50 (varies)
  • Garments / prayer wear: Chapter 61/62 (varies by material)

We confirm the exact HS code for each product on your commercial invoice. Always verify duty rates with your local customs authority or freight forwarder.

Do I need to pay import tax or VAT when importing from you? +

Import duties and VAT/GST requirements vary by country. In general:

  • Our key product lines — cotton prayer mats, tasbih, and canvas art — carry 0% or low import duty in many major markets
  • Local VAT, GST or import tax is typically payable by the importer upon arrival
  • If you sell via platforms like Amazon, Etsy or Noon, the marketplace may collect and remit local taxes on your behalf for qualifying orders

We provide full HS codes, commercial invoices, and packing lists with every shipment. We recommend consulting a local customs agent for market-specific advice — we are happy to supply any documentation they need from our side.

Are your products compliant and safe to sell in my market? +

Yes, for the product categories we specialise in. Our core lines — prayer mats, tasbih, canvas art, and adult garments — generally do not require mandatory conformity marking in most markets.

  • Textiles: We provide full fibre composition details to support your local labelling requirements
  • Wall art / décor: No mandatory certification required in most markets for adult products
  • Children’s products: We do not recommend reselling our products as children’s items without market-specific safety testing

We can provide material composition sheets, test reports, and any documentation required by your local regulations — just let us know what you need.
